How do you get started?

The Home Visit:
MLE will conduct a home visit to assist you in determining what services you will need from your caregiver and complete paperwork. We are available for short or long term services from an hour a day to around the clock awake care.

The Service Plans:
We will assist you in developing a Plan of Service for personal care, medication assistance, homemaker/housekeeping, transportation and other household duties. These plans are jointly developed with you and are used to direct our caregivers while on duty. They can be changed at any time to meet your current needs.

Matching You With The Perfect Caregiver:
We understand that you may have a personal preference for an older caregive, or one that is more talkative, while others my prefer a younger quieter person. We are sure that we have the perfect caregiver just for you! Everyone benefits from the right fit; MLE will make this a priority.

 Personal Care Assistants

The Personal Care Assistant provides assistance with Activities of Daily Living. ADL™ are the things we normally do including any daily activity we perform for self-care. These activities include feeding ourselves, bathing, dressing, grooming, work, homemaking, shopping, errands, and leisure activities for FUN!

Health care and insurance professionals routinely refer to the ability to perform ADL™ as a measurement of the functional status of a person.

Caregiving also includes companionship, listening, compassion, encouragement, patience and love.

Normal Aging, long and short term illnesses and/or injury frequently require assistance with one or all of these tasks.
